Hello, Beautiful! I’m Nicole Goff, a mom to five free-spirited kids, a homesteader, homeschooler, writer, and holistic life coach who’s endlessly in love with life. I’m passionate about helping others grow, heal, and step into their power. I support women and families through coaching, community work, and birth education, always guided by a deep belief in dignity, connection, and joyful living.

How I Serve and Support
I offer one-on-one or group coaching and lead workshops, both in-person in North Central FL and online worldwide.
I specialize in working with women in their mothering years, but work with clients from all walks of life.
My education
The Path That Shaped Me
I have an honors degree in psychology and anthropology from USF, and have also minored in human sexuality. I have formally studied mindfulness meditation at graduate level. I have also completed courses on physiological birth and birth coaching though HERBAL and Indie Birth.
